The traumatic impact of toxic workplaces affects our well-being and capacity to advocate for ourselves and others. In this conversation, Jasmine will discuss radical accountability practices, how to identify values-aligned opportunities, and ways to keep workplaces transparent and hold them accountable for harm. Attendees will learn about self-advocacy strategies, entrepreneurial opportunities, and wellness resources, including LGBTQ+ friendly resources, Black women can use when exiting and recovering from toxic jobs.
